With more than 20 years’ experience delivering large-scale, complex developments internationally, Tom brings deep expertise across origination, market expansion, corporate finance, capital structuring, and strategic partnerships. He has a strong track record of bringing together governments, utilities, landowners, developers, and capital partners to unlock opportunities at scale - helping shape projects that create long-term economic value, support local communities, and enable sustainable growth. Daughters Of Tomorrow (DOT) is a Singapore-based charity helping women to overcome employment barriers and access meaningful job opportunities to build a better future for themselves. DOT connects volunteers and community resources to support women in the form of coaching, job readiness programmes and employment bridging. Examples of programmes include DOT’s signature Confidence Curriculum and digital literacy programmes to help women on their journey back-to-work. Alongside this, they offer practical support and a strong community network to create long-term employment pathways. By addressing both skills and access, Daughters of Tomorrow is helping more women take steps toward financial independence and stability. Women make up just 15% of Australia's STEM-qualified workforce, to help address the underrepresentation of women in STEM The Orbispace Initiative (TOI) equips the next generation of female leaders with the skills, experience and networks to thrive across future industries through scholarships, mentoring and industry exposure. This week, six students from Plumpton High School in Western Sydney were awarded scholarships to participate in TOI’s Year 8 Innovation Program. As part of our #CommitmentsToCommunities, we’re proud to support TOI in helping more young women explore future pathways in STEM.
