If so, you know the challenge: different ink types often mean different cleaning products : Recyl has a solution !   With Quick Wash Flex, you can cover both applications with one product. Designed for the daily cleaning of water-based and UV inks, it can be used on cylinders, inking units, plates, and spare parts.   It’s a ready to use product or diluted depending on the need: We recommend using QW Flex as provided. And depending on the result, possible dilution : up to 1:2 for water-based inks up to 2:1 for UV inks   Also, QW Flex comes in its most concentrated version: QW Flex Eco-Recharge (also called QW Flex ER). This means you receive the most concentrated version, first, dilute it to obtain QW Flex, and then dilute the QW Flex you obtained depending on the ink type. Why transport huge quantities of water and plastic when you can transport the essence of the cleaning product in a 20L jerrican?   At Recyl, many of our products are available in their most concentrated form, which we call Eco Recharge (ER). The idea is simple: we transport only the essence of the product, and at your factory you add water according to our dilution ratios to obtain your usual product. In other words, you become our manufacturing partner 😉   When a customer buys the concentrated version, the first dilution is used to obtain the standard product, which can then be diluted again depending on the application and final cleaning needs. For example, our famous QW Booster ER comes as a 20L concentrate. By adding about 200L of water, you obtain 220L of standard QW Booster. And the standard QW Booster can be diluted again up to 25% (1:3).
