Albéa Indonesia celebrated #InternationalWomensDay with several initiatives emphasizing on care and power. 💡Give knowledge to gain growth. Give appreciation to gain motivation. Give support to gain confidence. In Surabaya, we gathered around the official 2026 theme #GivetoGain and how female leaders can support early career professionals and middle management. During the session, we explored how employees can make the most of the training opportunities that are available to all. We shared personal experiences and tips on achieving work/life balance as mothers and professionals and we celebrated the power of women supporting women - because when we give, we grow and gain together. 💡In Semarang, events focused on both health and mental health, with a particular emphasis on reproductive health. Senior female leaders shared their experiences, practices, wisdom and powerful insights on two essential pillars for success at work: Control & Create. Control as in mastering emotions to manage, regulate, and express them in a healthy, constructive way, especially under pressure. Create to drive innovation and make a positive impact in the workplace. On International Women’s Day – and every day – teams at Albéa act to build a more inclusive workplace, where everyone feel recognized, valued and celebrated to create the future of cosmetic packaging together!

We are delighted to announce that Albéa Cosmetics & Fragrance is participating in the launch of MAKE UP FOR EVER's HD Skin Perfecting Pressed Powder. We are proud to share our contribution to the creation of this innovative product, made in PET to combine lightness and durability. Production takes place at our Albéa Semarang plant, our center of excellence for custom compacts. This collaboration demonstrates our commitment to providing high-performance packaging solutions for the cosmetics industry.
