Here is a look at how we are marking this important day: - Life Saving Rules (LSR) Game: We turned our Monthly Safety & Quality Talk into an engaging learning experience, with full participation from all employees to reinforce Life Saving Rules. - Energy of Care Program: We hosted a Mental Health Awareness session specifically for our shopfloor operators, featuring expert insights from our company doctor to support our team's emotional well-being. - Healthy Snack Distribution: We promoted physical well-being by distributing traditional "rebus-rebusan" (boiled corn, sweet potato, and cassava)—a simple, nutritious way to fuel our team. - Organic Waste Segregation: We launched an Organic Waste Segregation initiative, ensuring soft and hard organic waste is correctly sorted and managed through biopores. - Interactive Quizizz Challenge: We are wrapping up our celebration today with an online quiz to test our knowledge on LSR and Energy of Care. At UNINDO, we continue to strengthen our commitment to safety, care, and quality through continuous learning and awareness. In May, we held our monthly Safety & Quality Talk with employees, focusing on what matters on the job and beyond. This month's Life Saving Rules theme is Safety Driving, and to bring it to life, we conducted a hands-on demonstration of the vehicle pre-use inspection checklist, reinforcing the importance of thorough checks before every journey to keep our people safe on the road. Additionally, as May is the Mental Health Awareness Month, we embraced the spirit of care by discussing fatigue management and its impact on workplace safety and well-being, while also socializing GE Vernova's Mental Health Framework to encourage our team to prioritize their mental health and be aware of the support available to them. In celebration of Earth Day, PT Unelec Indonesia reaffirms its commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility. As part of this initiative, we organized a planting activity for Apotek Hidup (herbal garden), contributing to a greener and healthier workplace environment. Our management team, labor union representatives, HR, EHS, and employee representatives participated to the activity, reflecting our collective commitment to making a positive impact. A total of seven types of herbal plants were planted, including bangle, lemongrass, temulawak, aloe vera, katuk, red ginger, and turmeric.
