According to the report, the crypto market continued to decline in June, with both BTC and ETH posting monthly losses of around 20%. Market participants shifted toward a more cautious, risk-off stance, while total crypto market capitalization fell from approximately $2.30 trillion to $2.17 trillion. Consecutive institutional ETF outflows weakened marginal demand for BTC, becoming one of the key factors behind its break below major support levels and the deterioration in market sentiment. Overall risk appetite cooled significantly compared with the previous period. In terms of product performance, Simple Earn maintained relatively stable assets under management in June, fluctuating within the 1.5–1.6 billion USDT range. Total GUSD minted declined from approximately 191.9 million at the beginning of the month to 182.3 million by month-end, while its reference APY remained between 2.8% and 3.0%, reflecting strong stability. CoinDesk: Gate Leads Global Spot Volume Growth, Ranks Among Top 3 Spot Trading Platforms Worldwide According to CoinDesk's latest Exchange Review, spot trading volume across centralized exchanges (CEXs) rebounded in June for the first time in five months, rising 15.3% month over month to $1.11 trillion. Among major exchanges, Gate recorded the strongest spot trading volume growth, with volume surging 50.8% to $66.1 billion. Gate's spot market share also increased by 1.55 percentage points to 5.95%, marking the largest gain among major exchanges and its highest level since October 2025.
