Recently, we had the opportunity to hold a leadership training session together with our team leaders and it turned out to be so much more than just another workshop. It became a safe and open space where we could explore new ideas, challenge our perspectives, and learn from our experiences, both the successes and the mistakes. Through honest conversations and shared stories, we reflected on what leadership truly means. We realized that being a leader isn’t easy. It’s about dealing with people, understanding different expectations, and guiding the team toward a shared vision.
