Exciting milestone for ib vogt in the Philippines! We've mandated China Bank Capital Corporation and RCBC Capital Corporation as Lead Arrangers for the project financing of our 320 MWp solar-plus-storage development in Barobo, Surigao del Sur, our third project in Mindanao. The senior debt facility contemplates up to PHP 12.6 billion (~USD 213 million). Once operational, the project is expected to generate over 500 GWh of clean energy annually, enough to power more than 480,000 Filipino households and avoid over 200,000 tonnes of CO₂ per year. Construction will start in Q4 2026, with commercial operations expected by end of 2027. #Philippines #SolarEnergy #BESS #RenewableEnergy

Major Milestone achieved for our Philippines portfolio! ib vogt's first solar-plus-storage development in the Visayas. We've signed the Omnibus Loan and Security Agreement (OLSA) for our 99 MWp solar + 4 MW / 16 MWh BESS project in Iloilo, with a PHP 4.5 billion (~USD 75M) senior debt facility provided by Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC) as sole lender. A few highlights: ▸ 160+ GWh of clean power annually ▸ 85,000+ Filipino households served ▸ 70,000+ tonnes of CO₂ avoided per year ▸ Commissioning targeted Q2 2027   Works on site have already started in Q1 2026 and we are excited to now kick off the main works. The integrated BESS will strengthen grid stability and dispatchability across the Visayas — a replicable model for hybrid renewable development under the Green Energy Auction framework. This milestone adds to ib vogt's active pipeline of over 1,000 MWp across the Philippines, our priority market in Southeast Asia. Aligned to our commitment, we recently supported Sekolah Kebangsaan Aman Jaya (SKAJ), a school in Kedah, Malaysia, on The Engineous Programme. The program features building a greenhouse that teaches students the basics of physics while nurturing a full suite of skills – from creative thinking, analytical assessment and problem-solving. This greenhouse also helps students take their learning from paper into the real world, while exposing them to STEM subjects at an early age, piquing their interest in relevant topics.
