🌍The World Animal Day 2026 theme is here! “See the World Through Their Eyes” Chosen from hundreds of submissions (congratulations to Zoe in the UK! 🎉), this theme invites us to step beyond the human-centred view we often see from and consider how animals experience our changing world. To bring it to life, our illustrator-in-residence Emma Jayne has created a breathtaking design, inspired by the incredible Coral Triangle surrounding Papua New Guinea. It's one of the most biodiverse places on Earth, and the artwork reminds us what’s at stake. This October 4, let’s see differently. Natalie Sorokopud - An animal welfare advocate for over 15 years, Natalie is a campaign manager for Naturewatch Foundation, teaching children about kindness to animals and advocating for animals in Eastern Europe. 2. Nanditha Krishna - A long-time champion for animals in India 3. Anđela Španović - Based in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Anđela founded WagWag and works hard to support stray animals 4. Derly Johana Flórez - As Director of AnimaNaturalis in Colombia, Derly campaigns for animal rights. 5. Vanessa Whaddon - Founder of Hope Rescue in Wales, Vanessa and her team help hundreds of dogs every year while campaigning for better protection for dogs. These women advocate tirelessly for animal welfare every single day, and we're so proud to have them as part of our team. #WorldAnimalDay #IWD2026
