Are the songs I create on Google Flow Music automatically public? No. By default, your songs, music videos, and Spaces are set to  Link-only . This means your creations are not discoverable on the Google Flow Music platform and will not appear on your public profile, but they can be viewed by anyone you choose to share the direct link with. If you want to adjust who can see your work, navigate to the  Details  tab of your creation and hover over  Privacy  to choose from these options: Only Me : The creation is private and visible only to you. Link-only  (Default): Only those with the URL can access it; it remains hidden from the Flow Music homepage. Published : Your creation is fully public and discoverable by the community via the Explore tab. You can update these privacy settings at any time through the  Details  tab. Note : Since your creations are "Link-only" by default, you can share your work immediately with friends or collaborators—even if they don't have a Google Flow Music account!

The following Privacy Notice will go into effect on April 30th, 2026 in EEA/UK/CH. It is live for ROW. Google Flow Music  Privacy Notice Your data and Google Flow Music This notice and our  Privacy Policy  describe how Google handles your data when you interact with Google Flow Music. Please read them carefully. When you use Google Flow Music, Google collects your uploads, generated output, related feature usage information, and your feedback. Google uses this data, consistent with our  Privacy Policy , to provide, improve, and develop Google products and services and machine learning technologies. By default, Google stores your generated outputs, including songs, videos and Spaces, until you delete them. Your conversation data with the Producer is stored for up to 18-months. System and infrastructure logs are kept for 30 days. To help with quality and improve our products, human reviewers read, annotate, and process a sample of your data. We take steps to protect your privacy as part of this process. This includes disconnecting your uploads and tool outputs from your Google Account before reviewers see or annotate them.  Please don’t submit confidential information or any data you wouldn’t want a reviewer to see or Google to use to improve our products, services, and machine-learning technologies. Stripe requires businesses using their services to maintain a transparent privacy policy that discloses data sharing with Stripe and its affiliates. You must inform users that personal data is shared, processed, and used for payment processing, fraud detection, and identity verification according to Stripe's own privacy policy. Some Google Flow Music subscription tiers require payment. Google Flow Music is available as a Google AI plan benefit as well as through Google Flow Music only subscriptions. For Google Flow Music only subscriptions, Google uses the third-party payment processor Stripe to process payments made to us. Google does not retain any personally identifiable financial information, such as credit card number, you provide third-party payment processors in connection with such payments. Such information is provided directly by you to Stripe. Stripe’s use of your personal data is governed by their privacy policy. To view Stripe’s privacy policy, please click  here . Configuring your settings If you want to use Google Flow Music without your data being used to help with quality and improve our products, you can do so by going to settings in the main menu and toggling off “Help improve ProducerAI.” Conversations that have been reviewed or annotated by human reviewers (and related data like your language or feedback) are not deleted when you delete your data or when you toggle off “Help improve ProducerAI” because they are kept separately and are not connected to your Google Account. Instead, they are retained for up to 18 months. You can review or delete your data at any time by selecting the 3-dot menu next to any output and selecting “Delete” or using multiselect to delete up to 200 outputs at once. Even after you delete your data, it will be saved with your account for up to 72 hours. This lets Google provide the service and process any feedback. You can  request  for the removal of content under our policies or applicable laws. You can also export your information by emailing  support-flow-music@google.com . Things to know Google Flow Music is continuously evolving and may produce inaccurate or offensive information (including about people) that doesn’t represent Google’s views. Don’t rely on responses from Google Flow Music for diagnosis, treatment, or medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. You can give feedback at any time by selecting the three-dot menu next to any output and selecting the “Report” option. Terms of Service Your use of Google Flow Music is subject to the  Google Terms of Service  and the  Generative AI Prohibited Use Policy .
