An achievement is an aim, goal, or ambition that you have achieved.

He won an award for outstanding achievement in his field.

Something very difficult that you have managed to do is an accomplishment.

Winning the award was a major accomplishment.
Congratulations on the accomplishment of graduating from university.

In formal language, your attainments are the things you have done and the skills you have learned. You can also use attainment as an uncountable noun in formal language to refer to the fact of achieving something.

The faculty were distinguished for their scientific attainments.
The study will track each student's educational attainment.

Realization and fulfilment can also be uncountable when referring to having achieved something. The UK spelling of realization is usually realisation.

UK It was the realisation of all her dreams.
UK The trip was the fulfilment of his dreams.
